The questions we hear most

Do I have to know what I want before I get in touch?

Not at all. Most people reach out when something feels off but isn't fully named yet — a hard stretch ahead, a step up, a team that's grinding. Two lines is enough. Sorting out what's actually going on is half of what the free fit call is for.

How quickly will I hear back?

The same day, during opening hours (daily, 9am – 7pm). If you write late at night, you'll hear from us the next morning. It's one of the two coaches replying — not an auto-responder or a scheduling bot.

Is the first call really free — and is it a sales pitch?

Yes, genuinely free, and no. It's a calm 30 minutes to talk through what's happening and decide together whether coaching is the right tool. If it isn't, we'll say so and point you somewhere better. There's no follow-up sales sequence.

Can my HR or my manager set this up on my behalf?

Often that's exactly how it starts. A sponsor can email us or use the form — just say who the coaching is for. We loop the sponsor in on goals and progress at the start, mid-point, and close, but never on what's said in the room.

How does billing work once we start?

We invoice per program on net-30 terms and accept cards for deposits (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) as well as ACH. And if the first two sessions aren't landing, you stop early and pay only for those two — no engagement fee.
