Not a long menu of buzzwords. Three things we actually do.
A clear-eyed 360° read, a six-month 1:1 engagement, or a facilitated team day. Each has a fixed scope, a written set of goals, and a price you can see before you commit a cent.
Trusted by directors, founders, and newly-promoted VPs across Riverbank and the Central Valley. The fit call is free, and there's nothing to prepare.

What each one includes
360° Leadership Read
The clearest picture of how you actually land — gathered from the people around you and handed back to you as something useful, not a scorecard. A sensible place to begin before committing to a full engagement.
- Confidential interviews with peers, reports, and your manager
- A plain-language write-up — themes, not numbers to argue with
- Two debrief sessions to make sense of it together
- A one-page summary that's yours to keep
1:1 Coaching Engagement
The full program. We start with the read, agree on two or three changes worth making, and then meet every two weeks until they hold. Your sponsor sees the goals and the progress — never the conversations.
- Intake, a full 360°, and two or three written goals
- Twelve biweekly sessions, video or in person in Riverbank
- Sponsor check-ins at the start, mid-point, and close
- A proper handoff plan — and your notes to keep
Team Offsite Facilitation
A facilitated full day built around the real decisions your team needs to make — no trust falls, no laminated frameworks. We design the agenda with you beforehand and run the room so you can be in it.
- A design call to pin down what the day must decide
- An agenda mapped to real decisions, not generic exercises
- A facilitator who keeps it moving and keeps it honest
- A written record of what was agreed and who owns it

How billing works
Clear scope, clear price, clear way out
We bill per program to your company — no monthly retainer that quietly renews, and no surprise line items at the close.
Invoiced per program
One agreed fee for the whole scope, net-30. Cards accepted for deposits; the rest by ACH or invoice.
Stop early if it isn't a fit
If the first two sessions aren't landing, we part ways and you're billed only for those two — no engagement fee.
The fit call is free
Thirty minutes to decide whether coaching is even the right tool right now. Nothing to prepare, nothing to sign.
Before you book
The questions people ask first
How do I know coaching is the right tool?
You don't have to know yet — that's what the free fit call is for. We'll talk through what's going on, and if a course, a mentor, or simply a different role would serve you better, we'll say so. We'd rather point you to the right help than sign you up for the wrong thing.
Is what I say in sessions confidential?
Yes — confidential by default, in writing. Your sponsor sees the goals and the progress against them, never the contents of our conversations. The notes are yours to keep when we're done.
What if it isn't working?
If the first two sessions don't feel like they're landing, we part ways and you're billed only for those two — no engagement fee and no awkwardness. We'd rather end early than carry on with something that isn't helping.
In person or over video?
Either works equally well. Most leaders mix the two — video when the week is tight, in person here on Green Oaks Drive when it helps to be in the room. You choose session by session.
Who usually pays — me or my company?
Most engagements are billed to the company, with a sponsor looped in on goals and progress. If you're paying yourself, that's fine too — the scope, price, and confidentiality stay exactly the same.
How soon can we start?
Most engagements begin within two weeks of the fit call. Offsites take a little longer to design well — usually three to four weeks from the first conversation.
Still deciding?
Tell us what's going on — we'll point you to the right one
Send a couple of lines about the role, the team, or the stretch ahead. We reply the same day during opening hours, even if the answer turns out not to be us.
